Why I love this recipe

This small peach cobbler recipe is a comforting and satisfying fruit cobbler. With the use of canned peaches, it can be served year-round, not just during peach season, and even makes a perfect summer dessert. This recipe makes an impressive and romantic dessert for two. A great way to serve them is to add a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
