How to make mini cobbler in individual servings
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 –Melt the butter and pour into two 7 oz ramekins, divided evenly.

Step 3 –Sprinkle the cinnamon over the melted butter.
Step 4 –Mix the dry ingredients and milk in a medium bowluntil combined.

What kind of peaches are best for cobblers?
For this cobbler canned peaches work the best. But you can use fresh peaches. To use fresh you would need to peel, core, and cut 1 peach into slices. Then add it to a pan with an additional 1/8 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Follow all my other steps in order, adding these cooked peaches during step 6 in place of the canned peaches.

- ¼ cup flour

- ¼ cup milk

Instructions
