Wow @comcast is all about the b.s. Called in on inquiry and guy tried to quick talk m Told me he would lower my bill,sent auth link via text mess. I screenshot it, he failed to tell me - contract w/cancel penalty, raise price on set-top boxes, put limits on data. #IaintAuthTheBS

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I am so disappointed in you. I have been with you since the beginning. I had your services in Jersey and now in Florida. We have an outage going on bc of some nasty storms that came thru and I called you not once but twice, spoke to 2 females (1 of 2)..

. @Xfinity is it normal for you all to charge people for tech visits that are unavoidable after being promised a service remotely...but it doesn't work? Then when you're promised that at least half the visit will be credited back to you...it's not. Just checking.

@Xfinity shockingly bad serviceā¦our family moved locally and instead of transferring service, they canceled itā¦I lost all my recordings and spent 7 hours trying to fix itā¦3 different techs said they did something on their end and it takes an hour to processā¦.a lie to end call

For over 3 hours, @xfinitymobile was down for count. Couldnāt make any phone calls. Hopefully no one was experiencing life threatening emergency because you couldnāt call for help. Xfinity has allot of issues and will lose many customers.

@CollinRugg I have owned apple iPhones and purchased from iTunes solely for the past 15 or so years. What and eye opener back when they took Parler down, now thisā¦ Iām so sick of the activism in business. I would buy a Tesla phone, ditch Apple, Verizon and Comcast etc.

I got a sales call from @Xfinity 5 Nov to upgrade my internet. 4 accepting the offer they would credit my account $80 for data usage. I accepted. They never credited my account. On the 24th I was told it would be credited again. After 2 more calls they issued $40. Bait & switch

1 month later, a gazillion calls to customer service and multiple promises of "we'll call you back" from agents I speak with over the phone, I still can't get my issue resolved with @Xfinity. Unbelievable.
