I must say I was more than pleased with my order. Everything from the self service kiosk (which was extremely easy to navigate) to the drink counter was just a breathe of fresh air. Self service kiosks can be very intimidating but the layout of the menu was perfect way to understand and navigate. Discounts are added without having to ask and being able to "add to" our "take off" of your order was also done with ease. After my order was placed it only took a few minutes for my food to be ready for pick-up. The order was correct, fresh, and hot!! The staff was helpful when asked for a drink carrier. Almost forgot... The price was well within reason I was able to feed the adult's for under $35 you can barely go to McDonald's for that price now days.
Used the mobile app to order ahead of time after a doctor’s appointment. Green goddess with chicken is my summer favorite right now. Sadly, they are always out of the cinnamon bagel when I stop in & breakfast options like yogurt parfaits or oatmeal stop serving at 10:30am.

The food and service was pretty standard as far as Panera locations go but this specific store was the dirtiest I've ever been to. Trash and food littered the floor everywhere, the seats were heavily soiled and stained, the tables were sticky and there was visible mildew on the outer area of the ice dispenser.I will avoid this place in the future and advise others do the same.
The food was great. The whole restaurant seemed dirty. Crumbs everywhere, dirty napkins on the floor, and stuff splatter all over almost every wall. The staff starting vacuuming right beside us while we were eating, and they were cleaning up dishes behind us very loudly.
