This is one of the best locations I’ve visited. I had a wonderful experience here. I ordered with the self checkout screen so I was able to skip the line and it was easy to find what I wanted and easy to order. The food was great, the restaurant was spotless, the atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was so friendly and polite. A staff member helped me bring my food outside when they saw that my hands were full, and when I realized that I ordered my coffee wrong due to a dietary restrict, they happily remade the drink for me and even taught me how to order what I needed for the next time. Everyone was absolutely lovely.
I went to this Panera location tonight and I have never experienced such terrible costumer service at any other Panera. I was extremely disappointed. I went there with my boyfriend and we ordered three meals which came out in a timely manner. However, one of our meals came out as only half a sandwich when we paid for a full sandwich with chips. So I kindly asked for the rest of my sandwich and chips and the two girls behind the counter said they will make it right now for me. So I waited and waited for like twenty minutes. By that time, we had already finished eating and we’re waiting on the other half of the sandwich and chips. I asked how much longer on my meal and the girl said that she completely forgot about it and she would make it real quick. A few minutes later it came out and the other half of the sandwich was burnt and small. I had to ask once again for the chips and the girl rolled her eyes at me. I ended up throwing away the sandwich because it was too burnt to enjoy it. I will never come back to this location ever! I love Panera but I will not be going back.
While the staff are courteous and seemingly pleasant, they were unaware of the "New Thai Chicken Soup" ingredients. The staff member did not have a cheat sheet and there were no pos displays listing the ingredients. The staff member called upon the "store binder" , no information was listed, consequently she asked the manager and told me he would find out and he would let me know. The Manager came out 7 to 9 minutes later and apologize d, he had to make a call to get the ingredients. I feel corporate office is to blame here, no cheat sheets...what about all the people with allergies? How about the soup packaging? Maybe get a digital menu board? Usually, when a new menu item.is launched, there is training provided shift meeting, tasting so crew members can describe the flavor profiles. In addition, the materials with description would be posted in the back of the house near hand washing station or time clock. It is futile and unproductive to roll out new items when no one has the tools to sell it to the customer. Corporate is sleeping at the wheel here. I would prefer some enhanced description of all the items on the menu for allergen awareness. It is too big a risk to have someone else read or interpret the ingredients while multi tasking and trying to serve other customers. Perhaps a QR code to detailed ingredients. Listen up, corporate, maybe now you know why some new trending soups never sell.

Reviews
Panera Bread has received mixed reviews from customers, with some praising the delicious sandwiches and helpful staff while others have criticized the slow service, disorganization, and lack of attention to detail. One customer was disappointed by receiving a burnt sandwich and poor customer service when requesting missing items. Another reviewer highlighted the courteous but uninformed staff regarding new menu items. However, positive comments mentioned Panera as a great spot for studying with a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food choices like the turkey bowl and broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl, and friendly employees who go above and beyond to assist customers.

Just recently started going to Panera as a place to study. Definitely a new favorite spot with great food choices, nice fresh coffee and overall a great atmosphere. The staff though understaffed at times does an amazing job keeping up with how busy it can be and are always kind and greet you with a smile. Love this spot!
Waited for 45 minutes for a cup of soup/grilled cheese. Staff disorganized. Said they "didn'tsee" my order.. Definitely would not recommend this place. I've been to MANY Panera Breads and I'm patient but this one takes the cake. Management problem.
